Who is Pollen Life?

As a New Zealand based recruitment consultants providing quality, reliable staff to a variety of business sectors. We specialise in:

  • The agriculture and horticulture sector
  • Factory staff
  • Cleaning – commercial and residential

Our aim is to ensure business success by connecting great employers with great workers.

Established in 2018 by father and son Vaililo Timaio and Lito Vaililo Lito, PollenLife continues to be driven by a family team and shaped by family values. Initially focused on the agriculture and horticulture sectors, the company’s strong reputation and natural ability to connect businesses with workers have seen it expand into a wider range of industries.

We provide employment only to those currently living in New Zealand and can place workers in jobs throughout the Upper North Island – Northland, Auckland, Waikato and Bay of Plenty. Because we focus on what we know best, we specialise in the agriculture, horticulture, factory production and cleaning sectors.

As PollenLife continues to grow and expand, we are providing new services. Our latest service is a residential and commercial property water blasting service for the West Auckland to Albany region.

Where Vaililo and Lito come from, pollen means something sweet, like the sweetness of a plant. Hence the company name PollenLife because, by connecting people in business with each other, both employer and worker can enjoy the sweeter things in life.

What do we do?

  • Specialist recruiters for the agriculture and horticulture sector, factory staff, and cleaning businesses. We specialise in connecting great employers with workers who possess the necessary skills, work ethic, and dedication to ensure success.
  • Experience and expertise. We have a continually growing network of both employers and potential employees. That means we have an extensive network of workplaces and a diverse pool of candidates ranging from experienced workers to newcomers who are passionate about finding and maximising their employment.
  • Customised solutions. We have been in this business long enough to know that every business is unique and that each potential employee has a particular skillset. That’s why we take a tailored approach to recruitment, ensuring that the candidates recommended to each employer align with the needs of both employer and employee.
  • Comprehensive screening. Our assurance to both employers and employees is that we will go beyond just matching people to jobs. Our rigorous screening process evaluates candidates not only for their technical skills but also for their cultural fit within each business.
  • Ongoing support. Whether you are an employee looking for a job or an employer hunting out workers for your business, our commitment to you doesn’t end once a placement is made. We provide ongoing support to ensure a smooth integration into the work environment.

Our Values

As a family business with experience and expertise in recruitment in a variety of business sectors, our values are based on integrity and honesty in all we do. Those values include:

Honesty and integrity

The reputation of PollenLife as a supplier of reliable, quality workers to businesses in New Zealand is based on the trustworthy character of all we do.

Hardworking and professional

Our pledge to everyone we work with is that we will do our very best to create the right match between employers and employees that suits both parties and leads to a positive experience.

Forward thinking

When we place workers in any employment, we are thinking ahead both for the worker – that they will be matched a business that appreciates and rewards their skills and ability; and the employer – that the workers supplied will add to the efficiency and success of their business.

Family unity

As a family business, family unity is important to us. This goes beyond immediate family; we see all clients as part of the PollenLife family.
